Conflict of Interests

To prevent the conflicts of interest, Editor-in-chief and members of the Editorial Board who are involved into cooperation, scientific competition, family relations, etc. with an author (s) of the submitted materials should not discuss the submitted manuscript. The presence or absence of the conflict of interests must be declared by the author in the License Agreement (paragraph 2.1d).

In the presence of the conflict of interest caused by cooperation, scientific competition, family relations, etc. with an author (s) of the reviewed manuscript, the referee should not accept the manuscript for consideration. The issue of replacement or recusal of a reviewer is decided by the Editor-in-Chief and/or the Issue Editor.

In the event of a conflict of interest, the issue of publishing the manuscript is resolved by the Editorial Board in the presence and with the participation of the author (s).

Manuscripts submitted by the Editor-in-Chief, editors, and/or members of the Editorial Board are processed under a separate procedure, with the appointment of an independent editors and reviewers.
