Authors and reviewers.
The manuscripts should be reviewed respecting the confidentiality of authors. Submitting the manuscripts for review the authors trust editors the results of their academic work upon which their reputation and career may depend.
The editorial board shall not disclose the information about the manuscript to anyone other than authors and reviewers.
Reviewers and editors shall respect the rights of authors without discussing their work in public or borrowing their ideas.
Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of manuscripts and to pass them on to other persons. The editors do not keep the copies of rejected manuscripts.
Comments of reviewers cannot be published or otherwise disclosed without the express permission of reviewer, author and editor.
Reviewers may also be informed of the editor's decision to accept or reject the manuscript.
The principle of single blind (the name of the reviewer is unknown to the author) is used in the journal. The reviewer is selected by the editorial board or editor-in-chief.
