Editing procedure

The author sends the text and illustrations to the Editor of number by e-mail as separate files. They are uploaded to the Google Drive in the appropriate folder. Only the Editor-in-Chief, Executive Secretary and Editor of number (hereinafter referred to as the Editorial staff) have access to this folder.

After the checking text for plagiarism and review by the Executive secretary for relevance to the journal's subject matter, two reviewers are appointed whose names are known only to the Editorial staff. The paper without author information is submitted to reviewers who have a scientific degree and are an experts in the subject matter of the paper proposed for publication.

If the peer-review is positive, the paper is prepared for consideration by the Editorial board. All members of the Editorial board are high-level experts in the journal's subject matter, and each of them has the right to assess the quality of the submitted materials.

The Executive Secretary determines the section in which the reviewed paper will be published. During the period of time allocated for editorial preparation, the Editor of number forms the content and completeness of the issue, which is approved by the Editor-in-Chief.

The license agreement is signed by the author and the Editor-in-Chief and the paper is being prepared for publication: edited, printed, etc. The authors check and approve the papers in the layout. The issue is approved by the Editorial Board. After the final approval for printing, the layout is submitted to the print.

Information or notes about violations of this Procedure and proposals for eliminating such violations are e-mailed to the Editor-in-Chief symonenko6@gmail.com and are considered at the next meeting of the Editorial board.
