From the first volume of 2023, the journal "Archaeology and Early History of Ukraine" switched to the chronological principle of portfolio formation. All papers submitted to the editorial office during the year will be published in volumes formed according to the traditional chronological scheme:

Vol. 1 — Stone and Bronze Ages;

Vol. 2 — Early Iron Age / Classical Antiquity;

Vol. 3 — Early Middle Ages — Modern history;

Vol. 4 — Open Topics (publication and re-publication of archival and storage materials, papers from auxiliary disciplines, bibliography, local studies, administrative and legal field, protection of sites, etc.).

The portfolio of each volume will form in close cooperation with Volume Editors invited by the Editorial Board.

The publication of the Journal takes the financial support based on the following conditions:

- 1,200,000 characters (up to 240 pages of each issue);

- wording of 18 scientific articles with addition of DOI and submission on the official website of the Journal);

- printing of 50 paper copies.

Manuscripts submitted after the deadline of each volume will be included to the portfolio of the next volume on this topic.
